Justin has worked in pest control since 2005, progressing from door-to-door sales through management, ownership, consulting, and M&A. He owns a Pestmaster franchise and has personally completed acquisitions.

That practical experience informs his work with owners: strengthening the business, preparing for a sale, and navigating the decisions involved in an exit.

Experience & background

An Associate Certified Entomologist and Army veteran, Justin has also served on Pest Management Associations and mentored emerging industry professionals.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Virginia. His experience also includes business development, financial management, process design, and operations leadership.
